WELL-LOK™ TWIN FERRULE TUBE FITTINGS

SEALEXCEL® Well-Lok™ Twin Ferrule Tube Fittings consist of Four Precision Components such as Nut, Back Ferrule, Front Ferrule and Body. These Components have been carefully designed and manufactured to meet the requirements of high performance, Torque free seal in Instrumentations and Process Tubings.

SEALEXCEL® Well-Lok™ Tube Fittings ensures maximum reliability and operational safety as a result of test carried out such as High Pressure, Impulse, Vibration, Vacuum, Temperature,  Pull-Out and Burst Pressure.

SEALEXCEL® Well-Lok™ Tube Fittings are completely interchangeable with similar Fittings of certain other manufacturers specifically Swagelok® and Parker® A-Lok® Tube Fittings.

MATERIAL
SEALEXCEL® Well-Lok™ Tube Fittings are available as standard in material SS316, which meets with the following specifications.
HEAT TRACEABILITY
SEALEXCEL® Stainless Steel 316 Well-Lok™ Tube Fittings are Heat Code Traceable back to the original mill heat from which it was made.

TUBING SELECTIONS
Stainless steel 304 and 316 fully annealed seamless tubing according to standard ASTM A213 or ASTM A269 or equivalent, are suitable for use with Well-Lok™ tube fittings.

The tubing should be compatible with the process fluid, pressure and temperature.

For good performance of Well-Lok™ tube fittings, the tubing should be reasonably round, free from nicks, scratches,  the surface finish should be good and tube ends are squarely cut and must be free from burrs.

The hardness of tubing as desired is 80Rb; the maximum allowed by ASTM is 90Rb
